On Friday 22nd November a group of 28 Year 10 students visited London Southbank University for the day. 

The day started with 'Why go to university?': a talk from an LSBU alumnus, Sofia Nosa. We then had a campus tour, Q&A panel discussion with current students and finally discussed the differences between Apprenticeships and University degrees.

Students felt it opened their eyes to the number of apprenticeships that are currently available as well as the realities, benefits and the best routes to signing up for them.
