Chiswick School is celebrating a significant increase in the top grades awarded to its students following the release of GCSE results. The number of top grades 8, 9 and A* increased to 223. Last year 52 students gained a Grade 9 and the school is delighted that this has nearly doubled with 99 grade 9 awarded.

Headteacher Laura Ellener said, “The number of top grades awarded to Chiswick School is a reflection of the excellent teaching and it has been wonderful celebrating with students and staff. Chiswick School is on an upward trajectory and we still have much to do but these results reward the hard work and dedication of teachers and students. We are determined to put Chiswick School on the map and there is a real sense of energy and purpose at the school.”
