The Great Bake Off – A Sweet Success!

What a treat it was for Chiswick School to host a Primary School Bake Off on Friday, 13th June. Unlucky for some, perhaps — but very lucky for us to sample such scrumptious cakes!

The initial rounds took place at individual primary schools, and we were delighted to host the finalists. We were blown away by the high standards and culinary creativity on display. Judging was incredibly difficult, with scores very close across the board.

After much lip-licking and deliberation, we finally reached our decision:

• Lou B – Belmont – Year 3 – Winner
• Van B – Cavendish – Year 5 – Ocean Cake
• Elfie B – Lionel – Year 6 – Marble Cake
• Yasmine D – Strand – Year 5 – Butterfly Cake

Huge congratulations to these talented young bakers – and well done to all the finalists for serving up such an unforgettable day of treats!
