A group of around 60 students from Year 9 took the Intermediate Maths Challenge this week. The Intermediate Mathematical Challenge is a 60-minute, multiple-choice competition aimed at students across the UK. It encourages mathematical reasoning, precision of thought, and fluency in using basic mathematical techniques to solve interesting problems.

We wish the Year 9 students the best of luck for their forthcoming results. That said, I am more than confident we will have at least the same level of success we had with the Senior Maths Challenge earlier this year, if not more.
