On Thursday 10th of September, Year 11 students got a taste of what studying English Literature at A-Level would be like and the experience did not disappoint! Students explored the unusual poem Eat Me by Patience Agbabi particularly enjoying the varying humorous, but often dark, interpretations that can be derived from different readings of the poem. Ms Ring who delivered the session was extremely impressed by students’ insight and analytical skills: another great crop of English Literature A-Level students on the way!
