Business and Economics
Business and Economics is an expanding department.
Introduction
The Department is well resourced with lessons timetabled in our ICT suites. Interactive software package on the network and avariety of books, journals, videos are available. We use a variety of teaching methods and enhance the curriculum by including links with local, national and international businesses. Work related learning and enterprise is integrated throughout teaching and learning.
We offer a range of qualifications from level one to three including vocational courses, at both KS4 and KS5, such as GNVQ, NVQ, Applied GCSE, Applied GCE, AS and A2.
We aim to develop independent and thinking students who are enterprising, confident and knowledgeable.
