Christmas Concert 2011

Chiswick students have been wowing audiences this week with their spectacular array of musical talent. Wednesday evening saw the first ever 'Winter Concert' at St. Nicholas Church. The evening was designed especially for year 7 and 8 students with fantastic performances from the Orchestra, Jazz Band and Year 7 Steel Pans. Members from 7BL, HA, FI and PA gave a beautiful rendition of 'The Circle of Life' and numerous soloists from both year groups gave magical performances showing the depth and quality of their talent.

The annual Christmas Concert was held in the school on Thursday evening and nearly 50 students from years 9 and above (with a few talented year 8 steel panners!) provided a evening of stunning performances, ranging from a Chopin Prelude, to beautiful vocal solos and big and exciting Steel Pan pieces. Our hardworking and talented students can be extremely proud of these wonderful nights.
